Tofoo: Product video & animation

Tofoo is a fast growing tofu manufacturer. Starting with the premise of wanting to change people’s perception about tofu, tofoo has positioned itself as a leading brand. What started with a series of recipe collaborations has led to a strong relationship. Most recently we have worked with them to produce a combination of animations and delicious recipes to promote their naked and teriyaki tofu as well as their brand new chunkies.

+ The Project

Tofoo were keen for us to look at video production with a more creative eye, rather than create videos that could be confused with all the big supermarket brands out there. They were interested to see how we could bring out their bold colours and ooze-factor of the food, whilst maintaining a fun and lighthearted brand message.

+ Curious Crab Approach

We first worked on a series of timeless videos for Tofoo to showcase the versatile uses of their product. Each video we produced ended up being no longer than 15-30 seconds. We also created some quick animations and fun and colourful elongated gifs to support their product marketing.
