- Brand Exploration: To get to know the essentials of your brand, we take a little dive into your vision to try and understand what you’re aiming to do. Take this opportunity to tell us about your USPs and share examples of your existing marketing.
- Guide Price & Quotes: Regardless of your business, we know that the price you pay for services matters. To get you a ballpark figure of how much we charge, send us a request detailing the type of video you are looking for and how many videos or photos you want to get produced. Giving us a rough idea of the timeframe is also important. Once we have an initial idea of what you are looking for, we can send you a guide price which you can compare with your budget.
- Creative Briefing & Storyboarding: If our proposal suits your price range, we can then have a 1-2 hour meeting and dive deeper into exactly what you want. This gets the creative juices flowing and helps us refine the quote so you know precisely what you’re paying for.
- Production: When the real action begins! This is when the filming and editing magic happens. Our Covent Garden studios and our team are completely portable. This means we can work this magic from anywhere in the world.
- Feedback & Delivery: To ensure you’re completely happy with our work, your quote includes unlimited reviews. This means we won't deliver the final cut of any videos or photography until you give us the green light.
Depending on the brief and how quickly we get started on the storyboarding process, filming and production usually take between 4-6 weeks from start to finish. In some cases, it could be faster thanks to our central London base, which means we can deliver local customers' projects at a lightning-fast speed.
Every video campaign we work on is bespoke and requires our full creative collaboration, so some projects may take longer.
However, we pride ourselves on transparency and building trust with our clients and will always go out of our way to ensure you have regularly updated and clear timelines in mind.

On the rare occasions travel to a particular destination is not permitted, we specialise in bringing together clever animation with raw footage (that you may already have in b-roll or stock footage). We are also well-versed in working with other production companies worldwide to pull videos together using our agreed creative storyboards. We can provide a full project management service for any video travel production and create shot lists to fulfil frame-by-frame creative storyboards.
If we cannot reach a particular destination, our shot lists will always have additional footage suggestions for other production companies to capture. This ensures there are plenty of options for more difficult editing scenarios.
