#FoodFolk - A Deliciously Fun Networking Event!

by Yolanda Ocon

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting our fourth edition of Food Folk networking events, a lunchtime gathering that combines both fun and productivity. The event brought together professionals from various food and drink brands, providing a valuable opportunity to connect, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships. This time, we were fortunate to host the event at School of Wok, a premier cooking school located in Central London.

The event was filled with great insights from industry leaders, including Pav Patel, the founder of Odd Pods, who shared his journey and experiences in creating a brand like Odd Pods. The event also included a session by The Food Brand Guys, who shared their branding expertise by providing helpful tips and tricks on how to thrive as a brand in an increasingly competitive market.

Our guests had the opportunity to participate in a 15-minute production workshop to gain insights into the process of creating video content for food and drink brands. Our experienced and skilled film crew followed everyone in their cooking stations to ensure they captured all the best moments and footage.

Once the filming was done, the film crew quickly went to work editing the video while our guests enjoyed their lunch and continued networking. The result was an engaging and entertaining video showcasing brilliant cooking skills and delicious food which impressed everyone.

The production workshop was a great way to demonstrate the amount of work that goes into creating high-quality video content for brands. It was also a chance for guests to see the Curious Crab team in action, showcasing their expertise in filming and editing.

It was truly amazing to see what our guests were able to accomplish in just 30 minutes, and the end result was a testament to their creativity and the quality of our production team. The workshop was not only informative and fun, but it also provided a valuable opportunity for our guests to learn more about video production and to see firsthand how it can benefit their food and drink brands.

We are thrilled to have been able to offer this exciting opportunity to our guests and are always looking for new and innovative ways to provide valuable experiences at our Food Folk networking events.

Sign up today and be the first to know about our next Food Folk networking event and other exciting news.
